By downloading and using SoundBoost Pro, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using our app constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License and Usage

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SoundBoost Pro for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, distribute, or modify the app.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You agree not to use the app for illegal activities.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Any paid features or subscriptions are processed through Google Play. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code are owned by SoundBoost Pro. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including data loss or device issues.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
